The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) impacts the overall success of delivering a project and serves as a foundation for the project. The WBS fulfils the role of ensuring the project scope is met and is a means for achieving accurate estimates for resources, risks, cost, and time. 
Discuss a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with in project management. How does a WBS compare to project requirements?  
Part 2:
Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words: 
A WBS is a breakdown of all the tasks of a project and the full scope thereof. The project requirements are the conditions that must be meant to make the project viable. The WBS is a more detailed breakdown and maps of various task in more depth. For example, if I say I want to open a call center, I can say that I need to open an office, hire a staff and hire a support staff as well as signing a client. These are very general project requirements. A WBS of this project would discuss numerous goals and subsets of each of these requirements. For instance, I’d need to lay out an overall budget with a breakdown of the budget into various smaller budgets for expenses like recruiting costs and staff salaries. I’d also need to decide the number of staff I’d hire and the compensation package involved for staff. But, in a situation like this various tasks will be delegated to subordinates and as the person overseeing the project would coordinate with the various persons working on the various parts.

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:
The Work Breakdown Structure is a decomposition of the tasks needed to accomplish the objective of the project. It shows the organizational structure of the project and exhibits how workers will conduct their assignments, considering other project factors; creating then, the project structure. A WBS is presented as a clear, hierarchy diagram that also communicates the resource requirements, time to do the project, costs of each task and assessments of risks. The difference between a WBS and project requirements is that a WBS focuses on the entire scope of the project; it defines the scope of project work in real, concrete terms. The project requirements are the conditions that must be met and the work that must be done, in order to produce the deliverable. They both relate to each other since the project requirements show what is required to do, and the WBS shows who will take care of those requirements, how will those requirements be accomplished, when and how long will it take, and how much will it cost. In addition. The WBS will also present how will the team consider possible problems and how to assess them. It summarizes the entire project visually.
