When communicating the findings of your data analysis, what you present and how you present it may differ depending on your audience. Although the focus of your final project is an executive audience, you should also consider how you would communicate to employees. Referring to your analysis, how would you prepare your executive brief, and how would you prepare a memo for employees? Discuss the information that is important to executives and to employees and how that information should be presented. Specifically, your paper must: 
 Identify the information that is of most importance to employees and why. 
 Explain how you would outline an employee memo. 
 Identify the information that is of most importance to executives and why. 
 Explain how you would outline an executive summary. 
Your paper must be submitted as a 1- to 2-page Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. Your paper should cite at least two sources to support your arguments.
