Early caution systems of states and UN agencies may better join with NGOs and the media to assist creating the political will to stop or decrease conflicts. Therefore, for the world to continue the peaceful coexistence measures must be put to foster understanding between nations and this will significantly reduce issues like terrorism and racial conflicts.
