Humor is the quality of being amusing. It is apparent that people being social beings tend to connect well in an environment where humor is encouraged. In a work place, humor is paramount because it’s always associated with positive effects that increase productivity and ability in the way the boss, co-workers and customers communicate in a working set up.

People with a good sense of humor do better within the work place compared with those who have little or no sense of humor at all. It’s a force that propels the many employees to keep their job during tough times because it enables them to concentrate on their work more efficiently. People appear livelier and create favorable conditions to exploit their potential, ability and gifts thereby their outcomes become more presentable because through a sense of humor they increase their creativity.

This is because humor enables people to move along well in unity and in such a situation it’s hard to find the occurrence of common conflicts as is the case with another working set up where humor is discouraged.
