The business ethical are attained through corporate social responsibility (Epstein, 2012, pp. 1). The CSR practices in the business have been found to promote the company’s brand image, competitive nature, and business customer perception among other impacts. It is apparent from this report that sound CSR practices and policies in a company tend to promote the performance of the firm because of cost reductions, improved brand image, innovativeness, which will result in increased competitive advantage against the rivals in a given industry.
