Question  You are required to comply with the proper methodology of answering the assignment question. Your answer should have the following parts: a.Introduction may contain: (i) Definition; (ii) Explanation; (iii) Concepts; or (iv) Terms, doctrines, principles, rules, etc. (v) Constitutes 20% of the total marks. (vi) Introduction is not the same as Executive summary. Avoid doing an executive summary i.e. making a summary of what the question is asking. (vii)There must be a sub-heading called Introduction. b.Body of the answer: (i)Should explain, elaborate and discuss the law i.e. statutory provisions and case law; (ii)The law means there must be statutory provisions and case law; do not copy word by word from the legislations; summarise but ensure the meaning is correct; for case law name must be in full, there must be facts, again do not copy word by word from the book, there must decision by the court and most importantly is the rule/principle of law created by the court in the case. The year and the full citation must be included; (iii) Must point out the concern/problem you see in that particular area; You must then explore the effect, consequence and impact of the concern/problem. You can get an idea from books, book chapters, journal articles, conference proceedings and media news; (iv) Constitutes 70% of the total marks; (v) There should not be a sub-heading titled Body. In fact, the assignment should have proper sub-headings with some other titles. c.Conclusion: (i) You must address the question accordingly; (ii) Summary; and (iii) Constitutes 10% of the total marks. (iv)There must be a sub-heading called Conclusion.
