Week 6 Discussion on Organization Leadership

During my internship, the senior manager of the company I was working influenced me not to set limits in everything I do. He was selfless and, accepted and helped others regardless of their position in the organization. He was always ready to help and dedicated to his work. He influenced me from day one and his humility was one of a kind. He made me realize that ranks in an organization should not call for negative attitudes towards the juniors. He helped and guided me socially, academically and gave me ideas of managerial skills. He encouraged me that no matter the obstacles that I pass through life, they should not be my limiting factor to success. I can describe Mr. Washington as an obstacle overcomer who measure success no by his position but by the obstacles he overcomes.

I like your idea on the positive influence Mr. Moskowitz had on your life. His mode of communication with you and your teammates makes him a role model to many. His contribution on your life to make you strive on always being better gives you a limitless life where there is always an opportunity and level to move to. Good communication is effective while one talks as well as listens. Leaders who explain what they are doing, and why they do it energize their juniors.

Furthering our education not only increases our earning potential but also increases knowledge, improves discipline and increases the network.
