The management of the company has to explain to the employees the situation and the importance of working as they are. The company will ensure that the employees are working overtime out of free will so that the results achieved are fruitful. It is important that they ensure that when the company achieves their goals, the employees will be rewarded for their efforts. The fact that the company cannot effect a pay increment at the moment, means that the employees have to have their demands met. Their demands of adequate support in completing their tasks is important (Gallo, 2014). This is the only way the comp may can manage to have workers willing to go an extra mile to ensure that the clients using their services go home satisfied and ready to use the airlines once again.

The employees are likely to work to achieve the company goals given that they already appreciate the way the employees ‘affairs are handled well and professionally. It means that the employees when requested to go an extra mile, will be willing to grow with the company. The employees need to be motivated with time off work regularly to prevent burn outs. For a company that is looking to grow in the transport industry, it is important that the employees are rewarded for their efforts accordingly. The payment of the employees’ wages in good time without an increment means that they appreciate the efforts of the company to hold their end of the bargain. Gradually, the overtime payment of the workers should be addressed and the wages revised once the company is stable. Motivation of employees is important in driving the profits of the company higher even with the competitors being more aggressive and tactful in their operations.
