In this activity you will begin the psychological report that you will be building throughout the remainder of the course. Using the Sample Report as a format guide, construct a psychological report with a referral question, incorporating Frank’s Psychosocial and MSE History in Resources. For the Test Results section of your report, review and interpret the WAIS protocol that is located under the courses resources tab. Conclude your paper with diagnoses and recommendations. When discussing the WAIS-IV results, be sure to include a discussion of the Full Scale Intelligence Quotient (FSIQ), as well as a full interpretation of index scores. You will need to discuss the client’s strengths and weaknesses with regard to subtest variability.
