On the WART- IV test, Frank showed average abilities on comprehension and computation. This is in line with his level of educations and line of work. His word reading skills are of the grade 10 level and indicate that Frank is an intelligent individual. This means that Frank is genuinely a normal person in as far as his intellect is concerned and the drug usage has not interfered with his educational skills. He cannot be considered to have a reading disorder. The level of education Frank acquired is supposed to help him survive on a day to day basis. The spelling test was challenging for Frank and based on his grade ten education, the spelling ability is in an averagely correct score.

In handing mathematical computations, Frank was able to add and subtract without a struggle, however, there were challenges in the division, multiplication and percentages. The algebraic equations were difficult for Frank and he declined to attempt any of them. This means that his computation score is a bit low and not exactly as good as a tenth grade education would afford. 

Frank on this score is generally considered adequately educated and intelligent. This is in relation to his responses during the assessment and general ability to answer questions and reasoning in opinion questions. Frank is also a remarkable patient if all the responses he gave were honest and accurate. The test results show that he is an agreeable patient and can be easily treated if he agrees to it. The Wide Range Achievement Test cannot be used independently to determine the state of the patient.
