Toilets for residents and casual patrons should be separate for women and men and
adjacent or easily accessed from public rooms and entrance hall. They are fitted with mirrors,
clothe hooks, towel rails and clean toilet requisites. The toilets are well ventilated and fitted
with WC units with fixed hand-washing basins with the number of toilets in relation to the
number of hotel guests. Guestrooms are the comfort of the hotels and they should spacious
and luxurious with elegant picture frame windows. They should be well ventilated and with
serene view to the outside world. Roof tops if possible should have areas where guest go to
watch the world and the view of the surrounding.
