Introduction
Sleep is a very important toll to human beings because this is one of the times when people get a chance of going away from the worldly things. Some of the things that human get chances of shutting down during sleep are stress and any other form of straining issues. The paper will analyze my sleeping habits for three days. There several benefits associated with enough sleeping time in one’s life. Sleep is known to play an important role in one’s health. According when one is sleeping sleep is said to be involved in healing and repairing the heart of a human being. However, increased levels of sleeping deficiency is said to be a reason why many people in the modern world are facing heart problems. This paper will address three days running from 8/ 05/ 2017 to 10 / 05 / 2017

Monday 8/ 5/2017 | My waking time is 4.30 am every morning on week days except on weekends. After waking am expected to take thirty minutes praying. After praying I always take a hot shower. After hot shower is tea time, and after tea time is brushing of teeth that is followed by dressing up in preparation of going to job. The working place is 15 km away from my residential place. | At around 7.00 am is the exact time of going to work. Sometimes this has been among the most involving moment of my day and this is because in the region am residing the bus stop is some distance away from my house and this means before catching a bus am expected to have a walk and this happened on Monday because I was a bit late when compared to other days. After waking late it means I will take some time before make sure my normal routine is back. | After job on Monday I had some meetings in town and this made me to be in the hours some hour late before the normal time of 7 pm in the evening. After arriving home I had bought a take away meal. I took a hot shower and watched the TV for 40 minutes. I have been following a TV series in one of the national TV channels that has been running for the last three weeks. | I went to be at around 10.30 pm a realized on this day I was a bit tricky because I could not even have a look to my email. I tried to watch a documentary on the TV but I could not finish the program and after one hour I realized I had slept on one of the luxury chairs in my sitting room. However, this was one of the reasons why I went to bed one hour late than the normal time of going to bed. |
Tuesday 9/05/2017 | Even though in the previous night I slept late the best part of that was that I had a great night because after going to bed I did not wake until 4.30m am in the morning. In the morning I woke up with strength and this was because I had enough sleep. After waking up I interchanged my routine as I started the day with brushing my teeth. After brushing my teeth, Tuesday is the day that I do some jogging and I did this after waking up then I took a hot shower and then had some tea and this was because after waking up I realized I was experiencing some coldness. After taking my tea on Tuesday it was then the time of taking some thirty minutes of praying. After | At around 7.15 am I was out going to the stage to catch a bus and be on my away to my working place. However, this day was a great day because I never took a lot of time in stage because after arriving on the bust stage I found a bus that needed one person and before 8am I was in the office. | On Tuesday I arrived home at around 6.30 pm and after arriving home I did some jogging for this was my day of maintaining my physical body fitness. After doing some jogging I cooked supper and I ate rice with beef. After eating I took some time in the laptop responding to my emails. After responding to emails I watched news with one of the national TV station and after watching news I went to bed in my normal time of 9.30 pm. I slept for one hour and I woke up again after I had a bad dream. After waking up due to a bad dream it took me another two hours before sleeping again and I had to watch a movie on my laptop until I felt a sleep. | On Wednesday I |
Wednesday 10/ 05/1017 | I woke up thirty minutes late and the reason was that I had been experienced a bad dream in the night. I went on with my normal daily routines, though I took a cold shower and this was because I was late with thirty minutes. | I went to stage and I had a great day because I found a ready bus that enables me to be in the place of work on time. | After going back home in the evening at around 7.30 pm I had great time after taking a hot shower, I ate the take away dinner I had bought in town. After eating my dinner I had enough time of watching one of my favorite TV series. | After watching the TV series I went to bed at around 10.00pm after sleeping for three hour I got an emergency call. The call was about one of my neighbors who was experiencing some pain and he needed me to help with some pain killer tablets. I had to wake and walk all the the way to his room and I assisted him to take the medicine and came back to sleep after one hour. I had a great sleep and I never woke up again until 4.30 am in the morning. |
As from my sleeping routine for three days have learned that every day is like the other day because most of the things happening in the three days are normal. However, my day depends on various things like the time of going to bed and the time of waking up. The time of going to bed determines the time of waking up in the following day, and this has been the most important activity in my sleeping routine. However, as from my routine, it is clear that I never had peaceful night’s every day, but there sometimes I would experience bad nights. Some of the things that brought about a bad night were bad dreams and emergency calls (Harington, 2012). Experiencing bad dreams was one of the moments that would make it hard for me to get sleep after waking up. In most of the times, it would take me 2 hours before getting to bed after an event of a bad dream. After analyzing my sleeping habits, I realized that I could only sleep in a dark room where the lights are off. Before going to bed taking a hot shower is normal and then watching the TV happens to be one of the factors that determine how long I will stay awake.
As from my sleeping pattern I have realized that I am always feeling sleep after 9.30 pm. As from my sleeping habit, it is clear that after waking up due to bad dreams of an emergency phone call it takes me a lot of time before getting more sleep. Again before sleeping I have realized that it is compulsory for me to watch the TV and respond to emails or even sometimes have a chat with some friends in the social media platform. However, such conversations would allow me to get in touch with my friends and learn more about how they have been doing during the day. There is more that is required for me to do to improve my health through enough sleep. Enough sleep has been found to heal and repair the heart, and this is why I need to be having enough sleep every day and every month to make sure I do not experience heart failure in the future. Again I have realized that I cannot sleep in a noisy environment and this is one thing to achieve of switching everything before going to bed especially when in need of having enough sleep. Sleep helps in achieving both brain health and emotional balance (Huffington, 2016). However, this means I will always make sure even after waking in the middle of the night due to bad dream it is advisable to look for ways of getting back to bed the soonest possible for this will help in making sure I get enough sleep. Every moment I have had a nightmare have experienced challenges of waking up in the morning, and this has always made it hard for me to wake up at the right time in the following day.
Having enough sleep enables me to be effective in my working place. However, every day I have had the challenge of having enough sleep I have always underperformed in most of my day routines, and this has given me the challenge of making sure I work hard every day to make sure I get enough sleep so as to have great moments in my working place (National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, 2015). However, working hours are said to be one of the reasons that may deprive one of having enough sleep. However, have decided to look for another job that will allow me to work for few hours for this will help me in making sure am not exhausted after work. When one is exhausted, they will find it hard to find sleep, and this will be a factor of experiencing sleep deficiency.
