1. Describe a time you had a conflict with a peer or team member. How did you work through it?

There was an instance when I disagreed with the team members in the workplace. At this point, I used to have a negative attitude towards the individuals who do not make a decision favoring me. To be specific, this disagreement emanated from the aspect that my colleagues should implement all my ideas during the meeting. I solved this problem by accepting that I cannot be right at all times as well as through starting to welcome criticisms. 

2. What does excellent “patient” service look like?

The excellent ‘patient’ service resembles an act of prioritizing the aspect of making clients happy. Conversely, this notion is a vital aspect since it campaign for characteristics such as sympathy, compassion, patience, and understanding. In explanation, the above phrase also denotes an act of paying attention to various things such as making big changes and creating a memorable time while interacting with different people. 

3. Tell us about a time you had a significant change at work and how you adapted.

The introduction of teamwork in my organization has brought about significant change, hence, forcing to try the level best to cope with the new ways of doing things. To illustrate, the above changes have made me attend classes about workplace collaboration, hence, managing to interact with rest institutional members effectively and efficiently. Moreover, I have practiced embracing other people’s ideas, hence, being able to communicate and exchange information with different persons within the firm. 

4. Give an example of a situation in which your manager gave you some constructive criticism. How did you respond?

There is an instance when the manager gave me constructive criticism. At this point, I was rude to my fellow worker, and our manager tried to handle the situation in an intelligent way. In this case, the boss told me that all people in the workplace need to collaborate and work together irrespective of their differences. The manager added that the tension and disagreement between the colleagues is a natural thing that can occur in any organization, but it is always important to come up with conflict resolution rather than making the matter worse. After receiving the counsel from the manager, I started to practice the provided advice, hence, enhancing the relationship with my fellow workers. 

5. How have you handled a situation when you had several vital tasks at roughly the same time? How do you decide which task is more important?

There is a time when I involved in multiple tasks including taking stock, arranging the received products in the laboratory and answering the phone call from the emergency room. Since this situation is confusing, I had to come up with a practical decision to ascertain all activities are accomplished at the right time. In particular, I started by answering the phone to ensure that the emergency is handled within the right time. The next task was to taking stock followed by arranging the received products in the store. At this point, I preferred first to prioritize emergency need to avoid deterioration of patient’s wellbeing or loss of life. 

6. What is the most mistake you ever made at work? What was the outcome?

The biggest mistake, I have ever done in the workplace is supplying the client with the wrong product. In this case, the patient had requested a particular drug, but I made a mistake and distributed a product that does not have the features highlighted in the order description. Indeed, this was a serious mistake since the hospital had to undergo the cost of re-supplying the customer with the right product as well as compensating him for the inconveniences caused. However, I also had to reimburse the extra expenses incurred during this transaction.

7. Describe the team you’ve been on that was very useful. What was your role?

Irrespective of being involved in various teams, one of the most active group focused on researching to enhance organizational growth and development. I was operating as the coordinator in this team, hence, carrying out various tasks including monitoring the members, ensuring the needed group’s resources are available in the right time as well as ascertaining all the subscribers are effectually interacting with each other. Because of using enhanced managerial skills, the team was able to realize its goals and objectives within the stipulated time.

8. What are your strengths and weaknesses? (My strengths: respectfulness, responsibility, on time and weakness: I don’t know how to handle over stress/nervousness (how to prevent it)) Please explain why these strengths and weakness related to Medical Assistant.

I have various strengths and weakness to influence Medical Assistant in different ways. Starting with the strengths, the aspect of being respectful helps me to relate with patients and physicians. On the other hand, the notion of being timely and responsible enables me to accomplish all my duties accurately and within the right time, hence, promoting the provision of healthcare services. On the other hand, I tend to experience hardships while trying to handle nervousness or stress. To illustrate, this weakness makes me fail to interact and collaborate with healthcare givers, thus, depleting the effectiveness of Medical Assistant tasks.
