The impact is ability of significant number of nurses getting more training and education thus boosting their service to the patients.
Individual nurses in the health sector should also show some willingness to enhance their academic progression. The nurses require approaching their bosses in their work palaces and asking for permission to attend classes that boost their knowledge on nursing (Price & Reichert, 2017). Further, the individuals require engaging the hospital management in planning for seminar and training in areas they feel are challenging. Additionally, nurses need to collaborate with financial institutions to support the cost of their academic progression (Price & Reichert, 2017). The objective is achievable through seeking loans, which they can repay in installments once they are through with the learning. Further, the nurses require enrolling in different short courses that enhance skills such as management and relationship with others. The impact is capacity to handle different assignments and work as a team.
