My biggest achievement is adaptability and it will impact the workplace in a positive manner. To illustrate, the adaptability refers to the capability of altering or responding to numerous environmental and circumstances changes. Indeed, an operating room requires people who are able to tackle emergency occurrences and changes in effectively without panicking since hesitation can contribute to adverse health implications as well as causing death. Indeed, there are various reasons denoting that adaptability is a competence that demonstrates my dedication to surgical tech program.  

In the first place, the adaptability trait will enable me to remain calm even when subjected to great pressure. To illustrate, surgical technologists normally are liable for handling emergencies, hence, an indication that every action will save someone’s life or cause more complications as well as contributing to death. However, the aspect of being accustomed to different alternations will help me to handle and finish the entire medical operations faster under gruesome and harsh circumstances. While operating as a surgical technologist, I am supposed to prepare the operation room and ascertain everything is running smoothly. In this case, I am required to be flexible in order to respond and interact with the doctor in a timely manner. Owing to the above information, the adaptability skill will offer me with the capability of laying more emphasis on the instructions provided by the surgeon as well as being sure and perfect on each action that I take.  On the same note, I am required to be ready for unexpected things that may happen in the operating room. 

Furthermore, the adaptability will enhance my communication skills, hence, offering me the proficiency of serving as a surgical tech. Similar to various occupation, the malleability will enable me to interact with my fellow workers as well as the patients and their family members. At this point, the aspect of adapting to various changes will enable me to continually communicate with the people related to the person undergoing treatment. For example, I have the potential of altering my attitude, moods, voice and even way of handling individuals based on the different occurrences encountered during the surgical operation. Besides, I have the capability of tolerating harsh instructions from the doctor, hence, avoiding the resistance which in turn could bring about surgical complications. Generally, the notion of being open to instructions and new suggestions, thereby, ascertain that the medications are running in an effective manner. 

Lastly, the adaptability competency will enable me to subscribe to the surgical tech program since it has enhanced my physical stamina. To illustrate, in the instances where the surgical operation takes longer than the anticipated time, the flexibility state will enable me to continue being active and attentive until the whole procedure reaches to an end. More importantly, the above competency will also provide me with the capability of posturing in all positions while assisting the doctors to carry out their operations.
