The intended effectiveness of The Americans with Disabilities and Rehabilitation Acts of 1973 is that these laws deter employers from discriminating against employees with disabilities. The company must provide each employee with the same applications, the same testing, and ask the same  questions. In other words, with this Act companies are not allowed to  show any biases towards anyone and everyone must be given a fair  opportunity in applying for a job and qualifying for any position that  is opened within the organization. Therefore, in the next 10 years I  believe in case of any other issues that make arouse, develop or exist  overtime, the Act possibly would have to be updated to accommodate  everyone’s need and that each are treated equally.

As  a company Apple became an ethically and socially responsible once the  bad apples of the bunch were removed. For Instance, at first Apple  behavior was rocky because before Steve Jobs the other CEO didn’t value  their employees which cause delay in production due to non-motivation or  appreciation. However, but once they realized that power is not the key  and working as a team is what will make them prosper then they got rid  of the problem and retrieved who they knew would make this happen which  were Steve Jobs  because employees used felt  valued by the presents of  Steve Jobs,  he knew how to interact within the organization as well as  outside the organization, the Apple’s products and it’s employee’s  influenced many individuals and consumers, which was positive step  towards building the company,  Needless to say, at this present time at  Apple the CEO is totally different, the company is having more layers of  hierarchy and to meet with the CEO you must make an appointment. Apple  made a turnaround though the changes of creating a Mac Version at Steve  Jobs request and later he began revamping and branching out the computer  to introduce iBook (a personal laptop). He also started branching out  into mp3 players (iPod) and media player software (iTunes) which became  the most profitable. Even after his death on October 5, 2011, Apple  continue with his legacy with recently released of the iPhone, a  cellular phone, and the Apple TV.
