Scenario
In your role as a systems analyst for “Advantage”, a troubleshooting and consulting firm based out of New York City, you are responsible for assisting business clients in sustaining their operations. The New York Transit Bureau (NYTB) has been encountering scheduling problems and has contracted “Advantage” to assist in identifying their problem.

As a systems analyst, you are somewhat familiar with the use of Digital Twin Technologies. You know that if a physical system is paired with a virtual one, data analysis and monitoring of the virtual system can possibly eliminate real problems before they occur. Your plan is to utilize Digital Twin Technologies that uses data to monitor NYTB’s schedules and identify possible problem areas.

Instructions
Research Digital Twin Technologies to get a better idea of how it works and its various applications. Once you feel comfortable with this new technology, you need to develop a feasibility study containing a SWOT with at least three examples of Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats along with Analysis and an impact statement that addresses the following:

A continuous Technological Assessment (TA) of digital twin technologies that could cause an impact on business operations.
Previous business cases that were impacted by the use of digital twin technologies.
The governance of on-going research and innovation of new technologies with an emphasis on the “right set of impacts” pertaining to emerging technologies such as the use of digital twins.

The research will need to be conducted to complete this assessment. Be sure to use credible resources, properly integrate resources into your feasibility, and give proper attribution through citations.

 Thorough and detailed SWOT Analysis with more than three examples of each category provided. 

Credible resources were properly integrated and attributed using APA formatting and a proper formatted Reference Page was submitted.
