Drawing on the reading you have done thus far, imagine you are assigned to create a new evaluation system for the employees at the company for which you work and do the following:

Explain to your employer how you would go about creating this system.
When your employer limits you to using only four competencies in the evaluation system, explain how you would determine which competencies are most important to your employer.
Describe which competencies you think would be most important to your employer and justify your choices.
