Case Study 1- Final Project

The political risk associated with this project is the natural gas that is mostly exhibited during the production of crude oil. This gas, however used as connection of pipelines in this production, is not a good conservation method. Educational forums and seminars should be set on these pro industries to this risk. Economic risks are contributed by poor operational or organizational management in companies and the commodity prices declines. Respective companies should hence research for stable and potential customers in these areas to increase the profits volumes.

Socially, building solid relationships is very critical while developing markets. A company should advocate a positive nature in these environments that they establish their businesses, to avoid risks that they can be associated with. Due to the current emerging trends in technology, a company should stay ever advanced, to provide customers with sufficient technical support in their relevant operations.

Environmentally, restriction of water consumption to customers is a great risk and it should be prohibited. Customers should be allowed to use water in their farm plants and for other domestic uses. Amount of water consumed by operations such as hydraulic fracturing should be minimized so that there can be adequate water for consumption to other people.  The permits for these constructions and projects should therefore, be planned legally in order to curb the above risks. In conclusion, proper implementation and planning of the measures for these risks associated with operations and constructions respectively, will be of great success.

Eagle Ford Mainstream

Eagle Ford wishes to establish plant equipment’s. They therefore request for proposals from suppliers who have expertise and are potential in this field. This organization will therefore, use the bids that will be brought upon by these suppliers to determine the ones who will be appropriate for their project. Under the proposal requirements, they need total prices to be included, that is, commissioning, installation, delivery and start up prices. Discounts for bulk purchases should also be included in case there is any.

This project also requires a timeframe for the time of availability and the delivery time of these components strictly. Transportation requirements and the delivery area should also be included. Since it is a large project, they expect equipment of top qualities to be delivered in order to satisfy their clients fully. Suppliers should therefore, provide terms and conditions of warranties that they offer. Safety and environmental requirements should be taken into account and be included in the suppliers’. They should also provide references upon the equipment’s that they are bidding for, that includes; Address of the business ,personal contacts and the lists of equipment’s should be provided for reference.
