The purpose of this research article is to correlate political, social and economic realities of Bahrain women. These realities act as barriers which hinder them achieving their equalities. They are examined within Bahrain’s cultural norms, political processes, legislation and the context of the country’s traditions to come up with measures for barriers of empowerment and inequality for women (Mukhaimer, 2010).The article has specifically focused on the analysis stage of the research paper. The researcher has analyzed all the areas that constitutes to inequality of women in Bahrain and then come up with potential solutions to these problems.
The object of concern in this research article is; the women and equality in Bahrain. The research article has focused mainly on the challenges and barriers that women are faced with, and ones that hinder them from enjoying equal rights as citizens. The researcher has also majored in fields such as limitations of women participation in elections, their public lives in the government, how women are allowed to politically participate in public affairs of Bahrain, their participations in the economy of their country and the challenges that they are faced with, liability of these women in regards to matters pertaining family and divorce, violence that women are faced with, Marriage and traditions and how they violate rights of women, their rights on health services, their treatment under law and consideration of women education in Bahrain (Ford, 2011).
This article is well framed under issues including; Lack of permits to women’s participation in Bahrain’s political economic and social life. According to, Equality of Women (2015), this conflict is facilitated by tribal perspectives and religious traditions of Bahrain that does not allow women to take places as equal partners in the economy. Secondly, the article has also raised the concern where health demands of women in Bahrain are not met fully and this call for more comprehensive services for these women. For example, women are being denied the opportunity of airing their decisions concerning health care and this limit their involvement in heath policies, limited literature and research that regards their health especially for serious illness such as chronic diseases.
The third issue that has been analyzed is lack of sufficient women’s legal protection that can halt physical assaults such as, Violence, Women’s Rights, Marriage and Traditions that are against them. On the other hand, discrimination of women employees that is based on their gender is also a great concept in this research article.
Following this research, data has been constituted by the politics, legislation, cultural norms and traditions that govern Bahrain. On the other hand, Subjects that are addressed in the paper are selected based on their negative contributions in regards to equality of women in Bahrain. These objects have been selected based on the barriers that they constitute to in order to offer equal rights to women (Friedlich, 2011). Data has been generated by use of progress in years a while back and the current year’s economy of the country. The data that has been generated has been used to analyze roots of these problems and the potential solutions that can be accounted for to promote equality to women (Ahmed, 2010).
The role played by the researcher of this article is addressing main concerns and rights of Bahrain women and has also come up with recommendations that can be applied globally by women who are faced with inequality in their societies. Conceptualization of original research problem fits with the way the problem is analyzed because the problem has the same remedies so that it can be dealt with effectively.
In order to come up with a sensible research paper, one must have sufficient data of the concerns that he/she intends to address and their progression in recent and current years. A researcher should also review theories that majors on these concerns and their potential measures to make the research successful. The criticism that I would raise for this research article is that the researcher has analyzed issues that hinder equality of women one at a time and he has also recommended potential solution for each of these concern.
