My BOSI Primary Entrepreneurial DNA Profile

BOSI stands for Builder, Opportunist, Specialist and Innovator, which are the DNA of entrepreneurship. It is a form of a scientific business horoscope. The BOSI Profile test gives a personality trait in business based on personal values, ideas, character, and instincts. In business there is no hard and fast profile of an entrepreneur, instead they thrive on their strongest traits that work for them. My BOSI test revealed that my strengths are as a strategic planner and able to solve problems. As a builder I can marshal resources by recruiting partners, employees and customers and investors. I am however too lenient with employee\ mistakes which could compromise productivity. I retain ineffective managers just because they are loyal. This leads to lenience with unproductive employees. I have a clear-cut division between work-time and rest-time, therefore leaving my business vulnerable while I am away. My type of DNA generally shows a tendency to outrun the ordinary competition, which I have an in depth knowledge of the industry, and I can grow the business into a large business worth millions or even billions of dollars. For warning signs, I can be over controlling in the day-to-day business affairs and decisions, I can bully my managers into becoming timid agreeable persons or “yes men” syndrome, which can affect decision-making negatively. I risk working on operations because I do not give others a chance or do but not trust others to do things right, instead of focusing on strategic planning. My specialist entrepreneurial DNA gives me the talent to focus on key business matters. I can deliver superior services or products that will satisfy customers for a long period of time. I think systematically and over a long time, but it creates a mindset in business management that might compromise competitiveness and copying others’ products. My aim is to have a management team that will take charge of day-to-day decisions. Employees are able to grow in an enabling environment and can use a third party company to provide marketing and business development services (BOSI).

16 Personalities ENTP Test

The 16 personalities ENTP test, measures business mindedness including intelligence, curiosity, and reasoning skills. The ENTP personality throws caution to the winds and ventures into unknown territories. The tests are done on mind, energy, nature, tactics and identity. On mind, the test result results indicate that I am an introvert, and therefore I do not easily interacting with the surroundings, so I avoid arguments about ideas and play the underdog. This is not a good ENTP trait. However I do not make friends easily and do not care as long as I stay on my goals. On energy, the test shows that my energy is directed to observation rather than intuition, so I stay long on the business. The test on nature indicates that my nature is one of thinking rather than emotional, therefore I can discern what people are thinking. I make a good at brainstorming, especially among colleagues and even with superiors. The test on tactics shows that I prospect for ideas and decisions rather than judging, and I prefer to work smart rather than hard. I prefer freedom to experiment with ideas. And finally the test on my personal identity shows that I am slightly turbulent and almost assertive, which makes me have high expectations of others and I will strive to be heard (ENTP).
