Goals and Objectives of the Anne Sippi Organization

The Anne Sippi Organization offers rehabilitation and medical services for mental illness patients. Mental illness patients are a very delicate class of patients and should therefore be handled with lots of care and concern. With is in mind, it is necessary to have goals and objectives (Nicholson, Sweeney, & Geller, 1998, p. 127).

The first goal for the Anne Sippi organization is to offer the best services for mental illness patients, especially those suffering from schizophrenia. Services range from treatment to rehabilitation. Anne Sippi is the only mental illness organization in the area and therefore has to handle even the most delicate cases (Nicholson, Sweeney, & Geller, 1998, p. 127).

Another objective for the Anne Sippi organization is to ensure that only the most qualified personnel are available for its patients. This way, the very delicate cases of mental illness are handled carefully and efficiently. It is the goal of Anne Sippi to be the one stop shop for mental patients so that they are only handled by the experienced hands of the Anne Sippi organization personnel (Krug & Haselkorn, 2002, p. 23).

Finally, it is the goal of Anne Sippi organization to ensure that that there is a high recovery rate for its patients. A high recovery rate ensures that there is always space for another patient and that patients have trust for the services of the organization. The high recovery rate also helps the organization to keep track of its results.
