When playing the game for the first time, I noted that sugar and ice were likely to cause big losses if they were overstocked. I also noted that customers were more likely to be satisfied if these things were present in the shop. Another thing I noted was that customers were more likely to take my products when it was hot. Making quality products involved adding more of the ingredients depending with the weather.

My strategy involved making sure that I had enough products at the beginning of each day so that I did not get out of stock during the day. If I got out of stock, it meant the day was going to be wasted. I also made sure that I did not stock too much sugar and ice as these would get destroyed if they overstayed. I watched customer satisfaction and set my prices likewise. When the demand was high especially during the hot hours of the day, I set the prices high. When the demand was low, I set prices low to attract more customers.

Factors that influenced my decisions as shown above were customer satisfaction and demand. I also watched the weather forecast to determine the best blend for the lemonade and set the price. High prices were set if the weather was sunny and demand was high. As popularity of my lemonade grew, I also raised my prices to raise my profits while at the same time maintaining quality.

The supply and demand are related in this case. When demand of the product is high, more of the supply has to be increased to serve the market. When supply is low, I raised my price to lower demand and still make profits.
