This resource is vital for it highlights the possible changes that need to be changed to ensure the released amount gets to the patients that deserve it.

            The title of this resource is captured above. It is a book that is available in public libraries as well as in online libraries where the user can buy it. The book was written by an experienced author from the Oxford University. Katz is known for his fundamental knowledge in healthcare management. Hence, his work is good for anyone doing research in this field. I choose this reference after seeing it been used as a primary source in medication research. It is a resource used by big organizations as well. The fact that the poor are considered undeserving in the United States made me get interested in this resource.

            This resource echoes the words of a great president bush. He talked something to do with exploitation of the money meant for charity. He highlighted that the poor were not meant to be treated as undeserving. Baker has a reputation for ensuring that the poor are treated equally. The hospital bills should not be left on them alone. They deserve the payments. Baker is an experienced in his field work. The resource is vital to all students and other professionals. This resource advocates for medical payments malpractice litigation.
