PayPal will focus on the payment procedures for customer purchasing online and those using visa cards. Such payment methods will reduce the hustle of customer walking into the shop to buy and pay. Items bought online will be delivered by the FedEx Company to the clients. The three companies will sign a contract to do business with Black Diamond Sports for three years.

Space is expected to host Microsoft, PayPal, and FedEx so also strategize their roles as stipulated in the contracts. There are several desktops and other electronics that were included in the budget to implement the project in Black Diamond sports. The company also has vast business halls that will accommodate the partnering organizations in the project.
