According to the management of Linkxcom Solutions the mission of the organization will be to ensure the best relationship with the potential customers both during achieving the aims as well as after the demands of the customers are met. Therefore the main motto of the organization will be to ensure the ultimate customer satisfaction for the customers of the business.

Description of the Business

As mentioned earlier the following business will be involved in the process of Web Designing as well as graphic designing and intends to start their business in a small scale in Anaheim City of California. The management however has plans to expand the business across USA, once it starts to earn profit. The expansion plans of the business will help them to compete favorably with the other companies involved in the same business. The main aim of the company for the time being is to build a solid business structure that will be able to support the present requirements as well as the future aims of the company. The management of the company has ensured to hire the best possible employees and supervisors to manage the organization in a proper and efficient manner.

Management Team

To support the above said statement the management of the organization has decided to hire a number of different people for varied positions namely;

• Chief Executive Officer

Ricardo Ferrara- Mr. Ricardo Ferrara has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Linkxcom Solutions and she will search for opportunities to increase the efficiency of the management. This includes proper recruitment policies, introduction of training programs, planning strategies, monitoring, selecting, communicating the values and objectives and also ensures a safe, hassle free and friendly working environment.

• Creative Head

John McDonald- Mr. John McDonald has been selected as the Creative head of the company with a number of different tasks at his disposal. This includes the serving as    a project manager of the organization and working directly with the employees. He will also be responsible for the designing of different concepts for the websites and will be in direct charge of the copy writing and layout of the chronological advertisement plans for the customers of the Company.

• Human Resource manager

Rose Drinkwater- Ms. Rose Drinkwater has been appointed by the management in the role of the Human Resource Manager and she will have the responsibility to manage the Human Resource department of the organization smoothly. Recruitment, staff induction, proper coordination with the employees, assessment of the employees are some of the basic duties that needs to be carried out by the organization.

• Sales and Marketing Executive

A number of sales and marketing executives need to be appointed by the management to look after the proper branding and promotion of the products and services of the organization.

• Finance Manager

Andres McCollum- Mr. Andres McCollum has been recruited by the management of the organization as the finance manager of the organization and he is accountable for looking into the financial aspects of the organization.

• Web Designers

Web Designers form an essential part to the success of the organization. The web designers are the people who interact with the clients and manage all their requirements. The web designers are the people who are involved in different optimization services and design the web portals according to the choices of the clients.

• Content Writers

Content creators have to be hired by the management of the organization to facilitate the creation of contents based on the demands of the clients. They may also present new and innovative contents for the clients to judge.

• Public Relations Manager

Last but not the least the organization must recruit an experienced public relation manager to maintain a proper and effective relation between organization and the customers along with ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Problems

 The mentioned Web Designing Company of the organization will be totally new in the market and it will have to fight up with the other Companies in the market to achieve success. It will be quite an arduous task for the organization to gain acceptance from the clients especially the high profile ones. As the market is already saturated the management has to implement the best strategies to be profitable in the market.

Like other companies in different sectors the company has to undergo initial challenges to establish itself in the market. The management of the organization must not step back at any failure and must employ other profitable strategies to gain success in the market. The large size of the web designing industry and the huge scope that it offers to the organization in the recent times is an added advantage for the organization. The increase in the application of the web based services will surely help the organization to succeed in the market.

The location of the business is in 9664 Crestview Cir, Villa Park, CA. The company headquarters will be located in the following address and the office will handle all the different administrative needs of the company. However the main workplace or the web designing center will be opened at 12032 Villa Park, CA to facilitate easy communication between the clients and the organization.

Hours of Operation

The organization will be open for 12 hours from Monday to Saturday and for 7 hours on Sunday. However online services of the following company will be available all the time and clients can provide their orders on the web portal of the company according to their requirements.

Service

Service is one of the most key elements that adhere to the success of the business. Success is directly dependent on the service provided by the organization. It is important to maintain a good relationship with the clients both during and after the service is provided to them as because such an activity helps the organization to build on a healthy relationship with the clients.  The service of the company will include the designing of the web portals and other graphic designing or creating content for the websites and many more such different web based services. The delivery of the services at the proper time is utmost important to the success of the business.

However the management must not fix the prices at an abrupt rate that might raise eyebrows as offering services at a much cheaper rate will surely compromise the quality of the services. Therefore it is important for the management to offer the services at a bit lower price than the average rate in the market. The marketing and sales team must be led by experienced managers who are capable of innovating new styles of promotion and advertisements to achieve the desired goals of the Organization. The company can offers special discounts for the customers who will place regular orders to the Company.

Financial Management

Mr. Andres McCollum the finance manager of the organization has to take care of all the financial needs of the organization by implementing a proper management framework. The amount invested by the shareholders of the organization must be managed in a proper manner to manage the day to day operations of the business. This includes the purchase of hardware, software, furniture, latest web designing tools and many more as such.
