Business Plan Project—HYBRID and ON-LINE

Objective: Develop a Business Plan for a product that you choose. ( understand that it can be a physical product or a service)—Business selected 2/3 by 11:59PM 

The following must be included in your Business plan:

1.-Product description, mission statement of your Business, short term and long term goals.-  

2. Situation analysis ( examining the environment that you will be competing in. ) –

3.-SWOT analysis  (Look inside the company for the strengths and weakness, and outside in the market for opportunities and threats.) –

3.-Target Market strategy ( use segmentation variables to describe the characteristics of your target market)–  

4.-Marketing Mix  (4 P’s) –

5.- Success Factors/Metrics ( How do you measure the success or failure of your Business plan;  this to include an estimation of start up costs, break even point)- 

6.- exit strategy- 4/28

7.  presentation –done on Voice Thread

The completed submission, must be at least 8  pages  THE HYBRID SECTION WILL HAND IN THE FINAL BUSINESS PLAN ON 5/5. THE VOICE THREAD MUST BE POSTED BY 5/5 AS WELL.

THE ON LINE SECTION WILL E-MAIL THE SUBMISSION BY 5/5 AND POST THE VOICE THREAD BY 5/5
