The company is the product of a partnership of two brothers from the Boyka Family. The partnership is an equal 50/50 partnership and the two partners have an equal ownership and equal decision making power. The company is both a retailing and a manufacturing company. The company has acquired all licensing requirements from the federal governments. The company is a makeover of a company that initially dealt with regular drinks without much regard for health. The past experience in other classes of drinks has seen to the advancement of the company in meeting school drinks through vending machines.
