Describe a time in your life in which you were engaged in a situation with someone of a different culture and how those differences complemented one another. Now consider that you are designing a course with a teacher leader from another culture. In that your cultural backgrounds are different, communicate to this teacher leader your ideas about how to organize the course.

If you were to select a mentor to assist your future development as a global education leader, describe the qualities to which you would be attracted. Now think of the qualities you offer as a mentor to someone else, and discuss how you would offer your services in this capacity to a potential school leader who has sought your guidance.
