Conservative Views 101 Plus by Alex Gall

Life is more difficult now than it was a few years ago. More and more people have to work multiple jobs jut to make enough for upkeep. Utilities cost much more than they used to. Money is becoming more worthless by the day with excruciating inflation. By the time one receives their salary. It is already more than half spent. People have much less purchasing power. High trade deficits and national debts. More and more unexplained loss in money meant for amenities and infrastructure. What is happening now that was not happening before? How have we gotten to this point? What conversations do we need to have to change things? Prosperity is more elusive now. How can there be more employment opportunities? How can the citizens live to work as opposed to working to live? 

Alex Gall has produced a well-written account of everything people need to say but will not. The language used in the book is strong but not abrasive. It drives the point home effectively and firmly. The author obviously has a good grasp of the English language and grammar rules. His passion and commitment to the subject matter is commendable and infectious. The book appeals to the person inside who wonders about the political and economic landscape. This book is not a rant. It is not a person going off on a tirade. It is a concerned citizen painting a picture. A person who has had enough trying to start a discussion. 

It would be nice if the reader could get some resources to reference. Some statistics or studies to back up the subject matter. The author has obviously researched everything he outlines. Give the reader a chance to read further on everything. The format is also a bit compacted. It can get a little too much for the reader. Once you hanker down, you will emerge angry and willing to do something about the state of things. You will want to have discussions and conversation on the same. 

These are very sensitive topics. The author has used neutral language and tone. He is not trying to cram his opinions and ideas down your throat. His approach to the subjects is completely ‘take it or leave it’. This is one of the best qualities of this book. The fact that the author lays out his position without dragging people with him. The intensity of the book and the truth in the subject matter will carry you effortlessly. 

This book is brave. It is controversial. It goes where most sidestep. It starts a serious and necessary conversation. It will make you want to quit being an adult but will also make you want to use your adulthood to do something. Five stars out of five.
