The objective of project annotation is to help others to understand what the project is, what it is about and how to use it.  Some experts in data visualization believe that annotation is the next wave of innovation in data visualization.  Research this concept evaluating the pros and cons to annotation as the next wave in innovation of data visualization.  Provide rationalizations for your opinion.
