To illustrate, these points normally aid the company to promote its quality production without encountering barriers (Mallar, 2010). Conversely, this essay focus on offering a comprehensive understanding of Deming’s 14 points as well as its implementation in various firms. 

One of the Deming’s 14 points that I believe is crucial revolves around the creation of purpose constancy. This point is based on the notion that establishment of uniformity will enhance the safety of the company’s personnel and aid the workforce to operate toward attaining their goals and objectives in an effective manner (Elhuni & Ahmad, 2014). Furthermore, forecasting is helpful in making future suggestions about the organizational operations, whereas the capacity planning entails the determination of the maximum operations that can be carried out within an institution. Still, the quality control and management include the practices of ensuring the company keeps on offering quality goods and services in a continuous manner (Elhuni & Ahmad, 2014). Undeniably, the above concepts are helpful in boosting the company’s competency.
