The author has a proper understanding of the subject. This is evidenced by her portrayal of the subject. She gives a proper and understandable explanation of each idea. This makes the book very useful. The reader is not distracted by new and foreign words. 

The prose flows effortlessly. So much so that the reader is able to follow every step of the book. Finding Balance and Forgiveness through Chakras and Art is well written with depth and proper research. The book was written for the sole purpose of helping people achieve inner peace. It does that without sounding pretentious and annoying. Author uses first person narrative often, giving the feeling of a conversation. One can almost see her sitting across the table directing them to treat their imbalanced chakra. 

The language is very simple. Sentences are short and sweet. Paragraphs are just sufficient. Teresa McCallum often uses personal affirmation. Simple five-word sentences that seem mundane but are very powerful. That is what this whole book is. Short powerful sentences that leave the reader thinking. One will find themselves taking stock of themselves. They find themselves applying the suggestions even as they read. This is how effective this book is. 

This book could not be more apt in this era. In a world where uncertainty and cons are the order of the day, it is imperative that one find a tool to help them stay sane. That, one find an avenue for all their frustrations. This book is instrumental in achieving calm in the eye of the storm. It gets a four out of five. Mostly, for being what everyone in the world needs right now.
