1. I can state that the public health of the people of this region is poor than in many areas where I have worked. The people here are suffering from diseases and conditions that have been eradicated in the other areas of the United States. The prevalence rate of HIV/AIDS, for example, is higher here than the average prevalence rate of the country. Something needs to be done to help the people of this region improve their health. 
2. Many other diseases afflict the people of this area. These people are susceptible to common colds and other pulmonary infections 
3. How can you describe the lifestyle diseases affecting the people of Unionville? 
4. I have noticed that people around here are becoming overweight and even obese. This has been caused by the poor diet the people of Unionville. An increase in the number of people who visit the hospital and are diagnosed with other lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, and cancers has been observed. This is a testament of the poor diets the people of Unionville take (DeFronzo, Ferrannini, Alberti, Zimmet, & Alberti, 2015).
5. What do you advise most of your patients about their health? 
6. Since most of these conditions are more than not caused by poor diet and lack of physical exercises, I always tell my patients to eat healthy foods and avoid fast foods that have high calories and start doing physical activities. I also advise them to practice safe sex at all times.

This poor diet has led to increasing of lifestyle diseases, and the government and other stakeholders need to start educating the people of Unionville about the importance of eating healthy foods (DeFronzo, Ferrannini, Alberti, Zimmet, & Alberti, 2015). This can help in saving many lives as well as improving the quality of lives these people enjoy.
