IMPLICATIONS OF LPD

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) has been an important tool in my MBA journey. Right from the beginning, I have been able to refer to the LDP to maintain my direction; it has been my compass. Right from the beginning, I was able to appreciate the challenges that waylaid me. One of them was being expectant and later a parent. With the coming of the baby, I was able to design a program that has allowed me to make commendable progress with my course. The professor and my classmates have played a critical role in helping me reach this stage. Commitment to this class has been important in ensuring that I was able to submit my assignments on time as well as coordinate and perform my work with zeal and dedication. 

It was my estimation that my MBA will be completed in 2018, which is on the horizon. Going forward, I expect this MBA to be to be critical to my career. I have been able to contextualize leadership in my organization by working in collaboration with the HR department. Further, I will be able to critically analyze and solve problems through leadership thinking. My relationship with my co-workers, associates, and other people I meet has improved.  The MBA has helped me come to terms with the concept of leadership, which is essential in the development of solutions that will increase the sustainability of my organization and others that depend on or associate with it
