Humor is the quality of being amusing. It is apparent that people being a social beings tend to connect well in an environment where humor is encouraged. In a work place, humor is very paramount because it’s always associated with positive effect that increases the productivity and the ability in the way the boss, co-workers and customers communicate in a working set up.

People with a good sense of humor do well within a work place compared with those who have little or no sense of humor at all. It’s a force that propels the many employees to keep their job during tough times because it enables them to concentrate on their work more efficiently. People appear livelier and create favorable condition to exploit their potential, ability and gifts thereby their outcomes becomes more presentable because through a sense of humor they increases their creativity.

A good and pleasant working set up where humor is encouraged among workers, tension and conflicts are very minimal. This is due to the fact that humor enables people to move along well in unity and in such a situation it’s hard to find the occurrence of the most common conflicts as it’s the case with the other working set up where humor is not encouraged.
