Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to provide the development process in the list of questions pertaining the scope of work outlined in the RFP for understanding any unclear issues.

Issues in Request for Proposal

The issues in the RFP are outlined as follows:

• What are the needs of the University of the specifications required to evaluated based on the fulfillment of mentioned requirements?

• Why the weaknesses mentioned in the RFP are not mentioned in the document with clarity?
• What is the cost of process mentioned in RFP and the points awarded for cost equal to the actual one?

Areas Requiring Additional Information

Additional information required for the RFP is regarding the budget involved in the proposed project because the approval for it can provide solicit purchase or contract. Information related to the budget and costing provides the suitable selection for the resources required while managing the costs and availability (Miner & Miner, 2005). A comprehensive description regarding the goods and services is also required for specifications along with the mandatory requirements and evaluation criteria. It may develop in additional specifications and evaluation criteria. This additional information may enable the significant understanding about the conceptual theories being involved. The third area that requires additional information for benefit is related to the timeline and milestones. It is appropriate to understand that the sufficient understanding related to milestones and timeline can provide the targets to achieve on time (Markel & Markel, 1994).

Conclusion

It is concluded that the RFP is having certain limitations regarding which the paper is providing certain questions and highlighting areas requiring additional information.
