Mark Zuckerberg Opinions on Team Dynamics

I agree with Mark Zuckerberg on his opinion of team dynamics which he explains that being a CEO or a team leader is different from being college mates. He explains how group dynamics change and what a leader should do in case problems arise. He explains how one can watch how a team is working without disrupting them or controlling them. The leader should ensure that his team is conforming to the standards. The experience of Mark is not unique to Generation Y but applies to every team dynamic. This is because people are bound to change irrespective of their team. I think that dynamic change is same for all teams and not just with a specific field. They all share important aspects like sharing a common definition and how they evaluate and or behave conferring to the definition.
