In addition, organization must focus on their technical staff members that are the backbone of their team as well as job must be less complex and reliable. All these factors have forced a person to complete their work in a proper manner. It is necessary to improve the work experience of employees and it will be beneficial for the organization as well in long terms. Therefore, the company should provide training and education to their employees to improve their knowledge and management skills in their projects.
The author has provided risks and issues of employees in IT project management, which can be solved using various techniques and tools, such as agile methodology, and others. However, organization has provided various opportunities to reduce work stress and rest. It will improve the performance of employees at their workplace in individual work, which makes huge impact on the profit of the company. Moreover, employees should have a print of teamwork, which is necessary for the management of various works. In addition, basic morals and ethics must be used on the job to secure the job and it is necessary for responsible employees as well.
