It is necessary to improve the work experience of employees and it will be beneficial for the organization as well in long terms. Therefore, the company should provide training and education to their employees to improve their knowledge and management skills in their projects.

The author has provided risks and issues of employees in IT project management, which can be solved using various techniques and tools, such as agile methodology, and others. However, organization has provided various opportunities to reduce work stress and rest. It will improve the performance of employees at their workplace in individual work, which makes huge impact on the profit of the company. Moreover, employees should have a print of teamwork, which is necessary for the management of various works. In addition, basic morals and ethics must be used on the job to secure the job and it is necessary for responsible employees as well.

There are various benefits of project management skills, which make a huge impact on the progress of an organization. In addition, organization should include different programs to motivate and encourage employees for more work [18].
