Motivation, stress, and management constitute the fundamental factors in workplace dynamics. Motivation is a critical factor in employee productivity (Barney & Elias, 2010). The company management needs to work on employee motivation to achieve higher productivity. While motivation is the most significant influencer in employee production, it is easier said than done. Stress, which is the feeling of emotional or physical tension, can be bad for the work environment. Working under stress can be frustrating and exhausting. The company should learn to handle cases of stress for the employees (Barney & Elias, 2010). Where an employee cannot reach a solution, the process always gets tiring.
