Using the assigned readings for Weeks 3 and 4 listed in the course syllabus, answer the following questions. Be sure to cite course reading materials. The minimum word count for the response is 1500 words and must not exceed 2000 words (approximately 6-8 pages – excluding cover page and references section). Q-1A. The readings for week 3 cover examples of international environmental cooperation, both bilateral and multilateral. Examples include pollution (air, waste and chemicals), ozone, and a host of other regimes in the CDB chapters. First, briefly discuss the process that led to international cooperation and the resulting treaties in these readings.
