Primary Target Customer

The direct – to – consumer marketing strategy of Rakan Alshubayli will increase prescriptions requests written by educating consumers, motivating and empowering them to act on behalf of their personal health. Our primary target customers will be defined using four primary criteria; geography, demographics, psychographics and behavior. The geography of the target population will be worldwide due to our international division. However, the population will be in the countries where we distribute our products. The second target will be males and females between the age of 25 and 50 years with at least one child, owning a home, earning a combined income of $65,000 or higher and with an education above high school level.

Psychographically, the customers will be young couples and older couples, who consider their time to be a limited and valuable resource. This group will be innovative and receptive to new ideas. Behaviorally, the target customers will be a group which will make purchasing decisions and uses the internet before making purchases in order to acquire more information. Our products should be marketed to healthcare providers who make prescriptions and end customers who buy from the counter
