PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING.

Ethical approach encourage problem solving skills in the workforce by providing a range of behavioral standards. These standards are able to guide people on certain actions to be made in the workforce. This approach will help the people in settling on certain choices and explain the reasons for picking the choices. The choices which will be picked will be those of high quality and which will be responsive to the assembled function. The HR plays various roles which are important in fostering this type of culture by offering a communicative platform among the people in the workforce and also offers confrontation services by teaching them the basics of solving a problem.

The HR department can partner with the managers so as to improve decision making processes and performance by providing set rules and standards which will help in the ethical approaches. This step will help them managing the people as a team in order to come up with an appropriate decision. They can also offer communication services hence building on the decision making process. Problem solving and decision making processes enables people in a company to utilize their resources wisely and team up in order to deliver the well sufficient and  required services to its recipients hence credits may return back to the HR department.

In conclusion, the HR department promotes certain cultures such as providing ethical approaches which are able to affect the company’s services hence their function too. The ethical approaches will be helpful in a certain workforce since it helps in the problem solving skills
