Areas that require Additional Information

First additional information could be if a firm previously worked for the agency and produced excellent results, does it have an added advantage towards being awarded the current contract. This information will be necessary in order for the other firms to be aware of the rating towards capturing the tender. The other additional information concerns the companies rating nationally regarding their popularity in developing security solutions (Asner, 25). The agency should provide information concerning the companies having a reputable performance for carrying out tenders for other states and the federal government whether they will added an upper hand in the selection.   The other additional information regards the equipment required to undertake the project, the agency require providing information of the minimum type of equipment required to be held by the company qualifying to be considered for the tendering process (Asner, 20).

In conclusion, I find that the RFP narrowly addresses general details regarding the companies’ qualifications. The agency should provide additional questions regarding the companies’ qualifications.
