At this point, the NFL seems to have established a venerable association for the advance colored individuals involving countless guardians of young people across the New York City. To illustrate, the above organization focus on offering the referees with the power of penalizing individuals who break the football rules as well as those who offend their fellow colleagues in one way or the other. Indeed, this new directive is meant to ascertain that the matches are carried out in a peaceful manner without being influenced by racial-based prejudice. 

In my personal view, it was essential for the NFL to come up with strict measures for regulation the interaction between players, hence, ensuring that each footballer is able to exercise his or her talent in the field without being intimidated. In relation to the above information, there are many gifted non-white players who try all the way possible to avoid being involved in games since they do not want to be embarrassed or insulted while participating in different games. Conversely, I consider the institution of policies for regulating football matches as being among the best method of ensuring that all players are provided with the necessary respect irrespective of them being from the secluded race. 

If the NFL could have not come up with stern rules, it occurs that some races would have continued suffering while participating in different matches. For instance, the use of the word like ‘nigga’ is a serious offense that can contribute to conflict between the players since the victim of this abuse will also try to defend themselves either physically or verbally. Conversely, the whites normally use the above phrase to demonstrate that they have power over the blacks, hence, indicating do not consider them as people deserving respect. Otherwise, the NFL has carried a vital role in using the laws that facilitate the process of eliminating the persons who do not pay homage to other individuals because of racial differences. 

Tie In: In another case, the Union of European Football Associations (EUFA) have also come up with rules for promoting effectiveness and efficiency in the football sector. To be specific, this organization have launched “The No to Racism” campaign with an intention of enhancing the public awareness of discrimination and intolerance in games. Nevertheless, some team captains appear to support this movement in a greater way through going to an extent of wearing armbands containing the above slogan as well as ensuring that messages for fighting racism are played over the public address in clubs.
