Strategic Leadership

I believe it is possible to build a perfect leader through the application of the “ingredients” learned in the class. This can be attained by creating leaders who can teach, motivate, and influence employees. For example, in module 2, we learned about the three-skill leadership approach developed by Robert Kaz. Following the theory, it is possible to create a perfect leader by using their skills and knowledge, as the foundation of their leading process where they will include interpersonal skills, conceptual skills, and technical skills. Applying the three-skill leadership approach in any organization means that the leader values every employee and acknowledges that everyone can become leaders.

The leader requires learning some of the strategies to handle all parties in an enterprise from the employees, supervisors, and senior management. Perfect leaders are transformative. This calls for the leader to learn some of the features of transformational leaders and follow. Some of the keys to learning from transformational leaders include the ability to create trust with followers, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational motivation. To be perfect transformational leaders, one requires directing the employees and giving them a clear mission and vision to follow. 

Every individual requires identifying their strengths and weaknesses in leadership to identify areas they require to apply. This can be best applied following the strength-weakness approach where one applies their strengths to drive change and learns from their weaknesses. To create a leader for a five-stage organization means that the leader is aware and in agreement with All that Is. This requires learning more about employee engagement and motivation to ensure that the leader values employees in every phase of leadership. This creates a uniting development by acting as global visionaries to enact world service for the overall goal of the organization.
