Stress in Learning

Many people find it hard to manage their stress, in most cases it may seem like there is nothing one can do about stress, it reaches a point where one choses the bills as the only option for stress regulation.  But it is evident that you have more control in your body more than you can personally imagine. In learning stress may be a great barrier to the way homeschoolers grasp and contemplate things in their studies. When a person is experiencing stress and mind emotions, typically the person is said to be ill health. Thus an well person will not find it luscious to take studies given that the mind is not elevated to doing the activity. This paper is meant to deduce how learning in a stressful environment is futile.  

Neuroscientists in their work of research have found it in human that learning involves three parts of the brain; these parts interact to facilitate the thinking ability in human. One thing we should be conscious about in our daily lives is how we respond to our emotions. Our mind is inclined to work under the environment of minimal stress. In the mind amygdala which is one part of the brain, the hippocampus which is also responsible in keeping the memories of long term, together with the cerebral cortex which is the part that stores all the information of a life time in human beings. In learning all these parts of the mind engage in the activity. Hence a conducive environment is always needed to keep the mind in an ideal learning activity.

To some extent some people struggle with stress by engaging themselves in the learning activities. But do they real get to understand the working aspect of the mind? It is of no secret to say that learning does not go well with stress. Learning requires a enjoyable atmosphere freshness of the quantifiable relaxes the amygdala which in return encodes the hippocampus with the necessary information which then gets transmitted to the cerebral cortex for storage. These will not be the case when a person is bombarded with the lord of stress. Everything that is to be relayed from the amygdala is limited and when it reaches its terminal point which is the cerebral cortex is distorted. Thus the information will not only get lost but it may fell to be stored for long in the mind. It is very important that consider setting the mind to real stress free initiations.  For instance if person is living with stress, it is oblivious that the person is putting his life in jeopardy of many mental challenges. Stress weakens the body of an individual. Nevertheless it disrupts the normal physical health of person besides havocking the emotional balance inside one his body. Stress hinders one’s thinking ability and denies the person the full power to access his full senses, thus imposing a big lord in an individual’s happiness and joy. Thus homeschooler should try to avoid stress in their learning activities
