Team Dynamics

I am a member of a group that fosters wellness and physical fitness in my community. I joined this group when I discovered that I was gaining weight and needed to work on it. When I joined the group, I thought it would be difficult to achieve my goals. However, as I became a part of the team, I learned that all group members were devoted to the group and were all working towards my comfort in the group. Overall, the group can be classified as a functional one based on its focus to goals, commitment to the group and orderliness.
