This book is very well researched. The author has derived his tips from interviews, case studies, research and even by giving the reader a sneak peek into what global organizations are doing. That right there is the best quality in this book. It is not just about unfounded opinions. Everything is well supported with references and factual notes. They are tried and tested. 

The author has a proper grasp of the English language. His writing while educational is also quite impeccable. His crafting of sentences is enjoyable and proper. He uses simple language, which would usually make the subject matter feel mundane, but that is not the case with this book. The book is engaging and surprisingly fun to read despite the extremely long title. The length of that title can quickly turn a reader away. But, do not judge a book by its title.
