The Triple Aim programs have been successful in terms of improving health care and the health of the general population. It has so far improved the health status of people and additionally, reduced the per capita cost of health care in the society (Stiefel & Nolan, 2012). The patient care has been improved and cases of readmissions remain low. The recovery environment for the patients is elevated as well. The nursing care systems have improved over time as the Triple Aim programs have gained popularity and become more efficient in the health care systems over the years. Therefore, the Triple Aim program can be said to provide a solution to long term health care issues. In the long run, Triple Aim programs are supposed to help make health care more affordable and accessible. 

 The success of the Triple Aim initiatives can be improved by incorporating technology in collecting data and analysis of the same for future planning. The program can start programs geared toward training people on how to live healthy privately. Using technology to track the progress and incorporating population education on healthy living, the Triple Aims will be more successful. Preventable conditions will reduce to a minimum, thus per capita cost of health care further. These are issues that can be addressed through charitable organizations like CURE international which has the capability of reaching thousands of people at a time. The organization will be instrumental in ensuring that the Triple Aim programs are successful. Collecting data for the organization will enhance their capability of improving its services significantly. It will also ensure that that person being treated under the Triple Aim program are assured of good services, good aftercare services and information on how to care for themselves after treatment. 

 The challenges and opportunities that can be encountered in this process is the lack of adequate fund to spearhead and support the data collection programs upgrading their technology. Technology is costly and can make it difficult for the Triple Aim objectives to be reached immediately. Applying technology and always upgrading it is good for efficiency and making work easier for the health care workers. However, it is difficult for it to be implemented when the funds and resources are not adequate. With the introduction of new technology, the users have to be trained on how to use it. The opportunities are that CURE international may get more qualified volunteers who are well versed with technology to help in the data collection and analysis for the benefit of health care (Institute for Healthcare Improvement, 2019). Organizations like CURE international are likely to benefit from the Triple Aim program because they can expand their operations and serve more people after saving costs operational costs on a few people.

To conclude, Triple Aim in health care is making big improvements because issues of patient safety can be improved and the progress is recorded. For instance, in Canada, there is a patient safety body that is out to ensure that patient safety is elevated to extraordinary levels. CURE international can adapt the strategies applied by the Canadian Patient Safety Institute to improve its services and success rates in serving clients (Richard Ivey School of Business Foundation, 2012). Additionally, the organization can also apply the Triple Aims to ensure that the costs of operations are reduced to a minimum. It is important that any nurses are at the forefront in the implementation of the Triple Aim programs.
